Q1: Can I still place an order without registering as a member?


Answer: Yes! You can place orders normally without registering as a member, but you will not be able to check the order status in the future, so in order to protect your shopping rights and participate in activities, it is recommended to become a member first!

Q5: How long does it take to receive the goods? How do I notify you when payment is complete?


A: After placing an order, if you choose Super Pickup, it will take 3-4 working days to prepare the goods and send them to logistics. Logistics also takes 3-4 days to deliver to your designated supermarket, so it takes 7-10 days in total.

For remittance orders, after the preparation is completed, it will take 5-7 working days for reconciliation and delivery. If there is a shortage, we will notify you separately via text message.

 


Q6: Will out-of-stock products be restocked?


A: Out-of-stock items will basically be restocked, which takes about 4 to 6 weeks. You can also send a private message to customer service. When a product is restocked, we will send a unified restock notification via email.


Q7: After receiving the goods, if I find that the goods are defective, can I return or exchange them?


Answer: If the product is defective or wrong, please contact customer service "within 10 days" after receiving the product to handle a return or exchange.

► Defective returns and non-defective returns can be processed within 7 days. After 10 days, all items will be converted into shopping points.

Q8: Are there any charges for swiping a card?


A: CHIMOU official mall does not charge handling fees, but the card swiping fee is charged by the card swiping system:

Oppay card swiping: no handling fee
PayPal card swiping: Taiwanese buyers use their Taiwan dollar account to swipe their cards without any fees. Handling fees are only charged for overseas purchases or non-Taiwan dollar payments.
 

Q9: The estimated shipping date of the pre-sale products has arrived, but you have not received the products yet?


Answer: CHIMOU is shipped by air from Hong Kong. Air freight will encounter many unavoidable problems, such as weather or customs issues. Therefore, shipping dates are "estimated" and may be brought forward or delayed. If you don’t want to wait, it is recommended to choose ready-made products.


Q10: Is it normal that the order cannot be found?


Answer: If you join as a member after placing an order, you cannot find it. This is a normal phenomenon! You can enter the official website and click "Forgot Password", enter the member's email address, go to the mailbox to receive the email and change the new password (you can change it without entering the old password). Log in again after making changes to view!

 


Q11: If there are pre-sale items in the order, will they be shipped separately?


A: If there are pre-ordered products in the order, they will be shipped together when the goods arrive. If you need it urgently, we recommend that you order pre-sale products and ready-made products separately!
