Within 7 days, if you find any discrepancy, damage, or defect in the product, please take a photo and send it to customer service, and we will contact you and handle it as soon as possible.

10-30 days, only non-defective returns are provided.

Instructions for returns and exchanges in some areas

For any returns, please contact the customer service staff within 30 days before the goods are shipped. The customer service staff will provide the return process and confirm the information with you before asking you to send the return package. Otherwise, the return service will not be accepted.

 


Defective goods

 

- Returns and exchanges can be processed within 7 days, and the return shipping fee will be borne by CHIMOU.

- After 10 days, only store maintenance services will be provided.

 

Non-defective goods

- Within 7 days, return service can be handled, and the return shipping fee will be borne by CHIMOU. If the refund method is converted to membership shopping credit, you can enjoy the next shopping credit reward.

- After 10 days, you need to pay the shipping fee when handling the return service. The refund method will be converted into member shopping credits, and you will not be eligible for the discount of next shopping bonus.


After handling the transfer deposit, it cannot be transferred back to cash for refund. If the invoice is missing, it cannot be returned, so please pay special attention!

 


Notice:


- To avoid disputes, please confirm the goods first after opening the package. Each order only provides one return and exchange service. If you need to add or return goods after handling, please bear the shipping fee yourself.

- Returned goods must have complete packaging and invoices when received. The goods must have no signs of wear and remain in their original condition.

 

Instructions for overseas returns and exchanges:

 

- If you receive defective goods, please send the photos back to the customer service staff within ten days. After it is determined that the defects are not human-made, the money will be directly converted into "Member Shopping Credit" for next use.

- Due to the complexity of overseas shipping, returns and exchanges are not accepted for overseas shipping. We will carefully inspect and package before shipping, so please order with confidence.

 

 

Things to note

 

- If you choose the transfer method for refund, the amount will be deducted and remitted directly to you. If it is converted into membership shopping credit, there will be no additional reward for next shopping.

- For personal hygiene products, non-defective products cannot be returned or exchanged after being opened.

- After contacting customer service for the processing method, and confirming receipt of the goods, the refund and exchange process will be continued.

- If the "Full Purchase Gift" is due to a return that does not reach the full purchase amount threshold, it must be returned together with the returned merchandise.

- CHIMOU reserves the final right to decide on returns and exchanges.
